You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or high-volume periods.

Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days
Express Shipping (if available): 3–7 business days

International Shipping

Standard International: 7–20 business days
Shipping times vary depending on destination and customs processing.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

• Shipping method
• Order weight and size

Free shipping promotions may apply when available.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking status to update in the system.


5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

These fees are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

Zavr é e is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


6. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to:
• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Address changes after shipping
• Failed delivery attempts

If the order is returned to us, reshipping fees may apply.


7. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once the package is handed to the carrier, delivery is the carrier’s responsibility.

• Delays due to weather or customs
• Packages marked as delivered but not received
• Carrier errors

We will assist you in opening an investigation with the courier if needed.


8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

Send photos of:
• The product
• The packaging
• The shipping label

9. Split Shipments

Some items may ship separately to ensure faster delivery.
You will not be charged extra if your order arrives in multiple packages.
