RETURN & REFUND POLICY – ZAVRÉE

1. Overview

At Zavrée, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

This policy applies to all orders delivered in the United Kingdom and internationally.


2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In the same condition as received
• With all original tags attached
• In its original packaging

Items returned with signs of use, damage, stains, odors, or missing tags may be rejected.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Sale / Clearance items
• Lingerie, swimwear, underwear, and bodysuits
• Beauty products, cosmetics, and earrings
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made items


4. How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at:

Please include:
• Your order number
• Full name
• The item(s) you want to return
• Reason for return
• Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

We will provide the return address and instructions.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The item arrived damaged
• The item arrived defective
• The wrong item was sent

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping.


6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If your return is approved:
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time: 5–10 business days

Please note:
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• If your order qualified for free shipping, a standard shipping fee may be deducted from the refund


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.


8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of:
• The product
• The defect or damage
• The packaging
• The shipping label

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Zavr é e is not responsible for:
• Packages marked as delivered but not received
• Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

Please contact the shipping carrier directly for disputes.


10. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order may already be processing and cannot be cancelled.
